Return & Refund
At Lushé Luxury Skin Care, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to provide the highest quality products and service, due to the nature of skincare items, we have a strict policy in place for returns and refunds.
Products Eligible for Return or Replacement
We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

You received a wrong product.

You received a damaged or defective product.

The item is missing from your order.
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lushe.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8076979125 with the following:

Order number

Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/missing product claims)

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Opened or used products

Products without original packaging

Change of mind after purchase

Allergy or reaction to the product (we recommend patch testing)
Replacement Policy
Once your request is approved and verified, we will:

Arrange a replacement shipment free of charge, OR

Provide a store credit/refund (if a replacement is not available)
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved:

It will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.
Return Pickup (If Applicable)
In rare cases where product pickup is required:

Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup.

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and securely packed.

If pickup is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the return request will be cancelled.
