At Lushé Luxury Skin Care, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to provide the highest quality products and service, due to the nature of skincare items, we have a strict policy in place for returns and refunds.

Products Eligible for Return or Replacement

We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product.

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • The item is missing from your order.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lushe.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8076979125 with the following:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/missing product claims)

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Allergy or reaction to the product (we recommend patch testing)

Replacement Policy

Once your request is approved and verified, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement shipment free of charge, OR

  • Provide a store credit/refund (if a replacement is not available)

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.

Return Pickup (If Applicable)

In rare cases where product pickup is required:

  • Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and securely packed.

  • If pickup is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the return request will be cancelled.
